This publication, which provides a tourism recovery communications plan and toolkit, was jointly prepared by Brunei Darussalam–Indonesia–Malaysia–Philippines East ASEAN Growth Area (BIMP-EAGA) Facilitation Center and the Centre for Indonesia-Malaysia-Thailand Growth Triangle (IMT-GT) Subregional Cooperation. It aims to inform global stakeholders that these subregions are open, safe, and easy to visit.
The communications plan will be jointly implemented by member countries in cooperation with the private sector and other tourism industry stakeholders.
The plan was developed with the support of tourism businesses, travel trade organizations, members of academia and the media, and the Asian Development Bank and other development partners.
