This report examines the inclusive business landscape in Viet Nam and recommends a set of measures to promote such a business model among companies.
In 2017, the Association of Southeast Asian Nations (ASEAN) decided to put a greater emphasis on creating an enabling environment for inclusive businesses in the region. Since then, ASEAN members, including Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Myanmar, the Philippines, and Viet Nam established policies to encourage businesses to be more inclusive, entailing embracing business models that are designed to cater to and improve the income and living standards of poor and low-income people.
This report examines the inclusive business landscape in Viet Nam and recommends a set of measures to promote such a business model among companies.
