In Cambodia, Women Entrepreneurs Ride Out the Pandemic by Embracing Digital Technology

Within the first 2 months of the coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic, women entrepreneurs in Cambodia saw revenues fall more than 50%.

As they revived their businesses using digital tools and platforms, their revenues doubled between July and October 2020. 

The women entrepreneurs credited a digital literacy program provided by social enterprise SHE Investments, with support from youth enterprise advocate Youth Business International and Google.org.
