Empowering Women as Drivers of Change in the E-Mobility Sector

Women remain significantly underrepresented in the transport sector workforce—including in the planning and operation of electric mobility systems. What will it take to build an e-mobility sector that works for everyone?

This webinar will examine initiatives that are advancing women's inclusion at multiple levels: as transport planners and engineers, as operators and entrepreneurs, and as leaders shaping the sector’s direction. Participants will gain insights into practical approaches that governments, companies, and development organizations are using to expand women's economic opportunities in e-mobility, as well as the evidence that the full inclusion of women is essential to building effective, sustainable transport systems.
