This report reviews the different strategies Southeast Asian countries employed in mobile-assisted language learning and teaching.

Like the rest of the world, Southeast Asia shifted to online modes of learning amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Even after COVID-19 cease to be a threat, the application of computer and mobile technology will have long-lasting implications for teaching. How are teachers affected by technological change?
