The report explores how Timor-Leste’s largely homogenous MSMEs are trading and looks at issues around financing, digitalization, and supply chains.

With Timor-Leste aiming for ASEAN accession this year, establishing a comprehensive national policy for micro, small, and medium-sized enterprises (MSMEs) would be a critical concrete step in realizing its goal.

The report explores how Timor-Leste’s largely homogenous MSMEs are trading and looks at issues around financing, digitalization, and supply chains.
