Economist for Transition Finance and Carbon Market

Citra Amanda joined ERIA in January 2026 as an economist for transition finance and carbon market. She holds a PhD in finance from the Department of Accounting and Finance at the University of Auckland. Her research interests include banking and finance, climate and transition finance, capital markets, asset pricing, and financial economics. She has published in reputable academic journals and serves as a reviewer for Finance Research Letters, Economic Analysis and Policy, and the Journal of Banking & Finance. Prior to joining ERIA, she worked as a research specialist at Bank Indonesia (the Central Bank of Indonesia), a Lecturer at BINUS University and Newcastle University (Australia), and an industry analyst at the Indonesia Deposit Insurance Corporation.
