Sabrina Soon is a research associate at the Centre for Governance and Sustainability, National University of Singapore. Her research interests are within the sustainability and aviation fields. She has experience in analyzing the state of sustainability reporting in Asia and the Pacific and providing technical case studies on best practices, policy, funding mechanisms. She had conducted business model analysis of pilot cities' climate change strategies.

Lawrence Loh is director of the Centre for Governance and Sustainability at the National University of Singapore where he is professor in practice of strategy and policy. He received a PhD in Management from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His thesis on technology governance was conferred first prize in the worldwide doctoral competition in management information systems. He leads ESG market studies covering the Asia and the Pacific, ASEAN, and Singapore.

WIBA has successfully organized and fostered women’s engagement in webinars and hackathons, creating a nurturing ecosystem with a high participation rate among women.

Keith Detros is a program manager at the Tech for Good Institute. He leverages almost a decade of experience in government affairs, evidence-based policy research, and stakeholder engagement to work on areas at the nexus of technology and public policy. His main research interests include cyber resilience and the digital economy. He holds a master's in International Affairs (valedictorian) from the National University of Singapore’s Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy and a BA in Political Science from the University of the Philippines Manila. 


Katrina Navallo


Katrina Navallo

Katrina Navallo develops and executes regional research and development programs in Japan and ASEAN countries, particularly focusing on health, trade, women and care economy, youth, and environment. On the research side, she leads ASEAN-Japan Centre’s research on digital health in ASEAN and age-tech innovations in Japan. She teaches an online course to masters students at the University of the Philippines.
