At age 12, Melati Wijsen founded Bye Bye Plastic Bags to lobby for the ban of single-use plastic bags in Bali. At age 18, she witnessed and welcomed Bali banning single-use plastic bags. Now 20, she remains passionate about her cause and more than ever demands change.
