The speedy development of COVID-19 vaccines "from clone to clinic" shows it is possible to quickly develop better vaccines for "neglected diseases," said  International Vaccine Institute Director General Dr. Jerome Kim during the Asian Development Bank's Southeast Asia Development Symposium (SEADS) 2021.
