The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has transformed health systems as it battered economies across the globe. Governments have adopted a variety of measures to counter the pandemic.

This regional conference will examine ways to help countries more smoothly exit the pandemic as well as better prepare for future health crises.

There will be presentations from Cambodia, Indonesia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Viet Nam, as well as from Australia, India, and Japan.

The forum is organized by the Economic Research Institute for ASEAN and East Asia (ERIA).
