Ayush Joshi (He/Him) is an established development practitioner with 12 years of experience in designing social and behavior change-informed social norms and gender transformation programs. He has led/supported the design and implementation of social norms transformation projects in Nepal, Sri Lanka, Nigeria, Timor-Leste, and Hong Kong, China.

Currently, he heads the social and behavior change function at Save the Children Nepal. With a strong background in social norms programming, and experience in media and advocacy for social norms transformation, Ayush has been leading various social and behavior change-informed projects based on evidence-based behavior science-driven interventions to understand intersectionality, multi-level engagements, conflict transformation, and contextual programming for desired behavior change actions.
