The coronavirus disease (COVID-19) pandemic has accelerated the transition of economic activities into the digital world. As a result, digital services trade in Asia and the Pacific grew from 17% to 24% of global share between 2005 and 2020. Still, the region lags behind economies in the EU and North America in the share of digital services exports out of total goods and services exports.

This webinar will explore ways to unlock the potential of digital services trade and what Asian countries need do to spur further growth.
