Startups from Indonesia have a chance to pitch their ideas and work with leading companies from ASEAN and Japan under the Indonesia–Japan Fast Track Pitch Event.

The event is part of the ASEAN–Japan Co-Creation Fast Track Initiative launched by Japan's Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (METI) and the Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO) to support open innovation through collaboration between startups and large companies from both ASEAN and Japan. 

Finalists can also vie for 50 million yen ($352,627) worth of grants under the Asia Digital Transformation Promotion Program, a joint project between ASEAN and Japan that aims to solve socioeconomic challenges in ASEAN with innovative technologies such as digital tech.

Deadline for pitch proposals is on 31 July.
