APAC Digital Transformation WebCon
This webinar series offers free digital capability training to help build NGOs’ digital skills.
Nongovernment organizations (NGOs) across Asia and the Pacific (APAC) are invited to join the APAC Digital Transformation WebCon, a free training webinar program led by Infoxchange with the support of Google.org and the Asian Development Bank, to help NGOs build their digital skills.
The webinar program follows findings of a report surveying NGOs, nonprofit organizations, charities, and not-for-profits (NFPs) in the region, indicating a need to upskill organizations in cyber security, digital marketing, artificial intelligence (AI), data capture/analysis, and cloud collaboration.
Here are the upcoming sessions:
- Theory of Change to Articulate Your Outcomes and Impact with Pablo Gonzalez: 6 December
- Project Management Fundamentals with Pablo Gonzalez: 7 December
- Six Data Collection Essentials with Google Sheet and Forms, 8 December
Why must NGOs build their digital capabilities?
NGOs across Asia and the Pacific play a key role in delivering vital programs and services to people in need, but according to the United Nations, years of effort toward the achievement of the Sustainable Development Goals are being lost. By helping improve NGOs' digital skills, they can increase their impact, strengthen their digital resilience toward potential security risks, and drive more awareness to the issues they aim to resolve.
