Incubating Indonesia's Young Entrepreneurs: Recommendations for Improving Development Programs
This publication examines entrepreneurship development models and incubation centers designed for the youth in Indonesia.
Indonesian President Joko Widodo said the future of his country's economy lies in the hands of its young entrepreneurs. More than a third of Indonesian youth say they aspire to become entrepreneurs—a ratio higher than in any other country in the region. However, there is a wide gap between wanting to become an entrepreneur and becoming a successful one.
This publication examines entrepreneurship development models and incubation centers designed for the youth in Indonesia and comes up with recommendations to bolster training programs for entrepreneurs.
